We ship our watches worldwide with UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
Shipping is free and fully insured.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from FedEx, UPS or DHL.
If you haven’t received the email within 48 hours after the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@ateliernossedh.com and we’ll resend the tracking details.

We currently offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all watches.

VAT is included on all purchases within the European Union.
For orders outside the EU, local duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply upon delivery.

We take full payment at the time of order.
This approach allows us to manage production with precision and transparency. Each watch is built to order, and full prepayment ensures that every component and assembly step is secured in advance. By taking full payment upfront, we can instead focus on what truly matters — careful assembly, quality control, and timely delivery.

The watches are assembled in Switzerland at our partners watch assembly facility and shipped directly to customers from there.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
Returned watches must be unworn, in resalable condition, and include all original accessories and protective packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
As each piece must be suitable for resale, we cannot accept watches that have been worn or show any signs of use, such as scratches or marks.

Our watches are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, protecting against any manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, accidents, exposure to water, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
